The Detroit VA Access Point will be moving from the Red Tower, 2nd Floor to the Blue Tower, 7th Floor Rm A7175. The intake and evaluation processes will remain the same.
What is CAM?
The Coordinated Assessment Model (CAM) process is a referral system designed to be a starting point for people who are experiencing homelessness in Detroit, Hamtramck and Highland Park. The goal of the CAM system is to connect people in a fair and equitable way to housing and other related resources as available.
The Detroit CoC oversees this local referral system known as CAM, which coordinates with service providers in Detroit, Hamtramck and Highland Park. The CAM team uses a shared information network to assess and address your housing needs.
