Upcoming Closures

April 25 – Due to the NFL Draft in Detroit, the CAM Access Point at NOAH will be closed on 4/25 and resume their regular hours on 4/29. Clients can go to the Pope Francis Center for CAM services during 4/25-4/26 from 8:30am-3:30pm.

April 24 – the NOAH at Central CAM Access Point will be closed all day. The CAM Call Center, Cass Community Social Services, and Detroit VA Access Point locations will continue to operate as usual, and provide CAM services during their regular hours. NOAH at Central will resume regular services Monday, April 29th at their regular times.

April 12 –  the CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point services will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments between these hours. The CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point will reopen from 11:15am – 6pm for the rest of that day. Veteran Access Point hours will remain the same.

April 3 – the NOAH at Central Access Point will be closed all day. The CAM Call Center, Cass Community Social Service, and Detroit VA Access Point locations will continue to operate as usual, and provide CAM services during their regular hours (see days and times below). NOAH at Central will resume regular services Thursday, April 4 at their regular times.

March 28, 2024

On Thursday, March 28th, the CAM Call Center will be closed from 3:00pm – 5:15pm. During this time, there will be no live phone service available. Each CAM Access Point will continue to operate as usual, and provide CAM services during their regular hours. The CAM Call Center will resume service from 5:15pm – 6pm.

March 22, 2024

The CAM Call Center will be closed from 3:00pm – 4pm. There will be no live phone service between these hours. The Cass Access Point will close from 3:30pm – 4:30pm. There will be no in-person assessments.

The CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point will be back at 4pm – 6pm for the rest of that day.

Veterans can still go to the Detroit VA in-person Access Point during their regular hours of operation from 8am – 4:30pm.

March 15, 2024

All CAM Access Points services will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments between these hours.

The CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point will reopen from 11:15am – 6pm for the rest of that day.

Veterans can still go to the Detroit VA in-person Access Point during their regular hours of operation from 8am – 4:30pm.

Friday, January 26, 2024

The CAM call center and Access Point location at Cass will be closed from 2 PM – 4:30 PM. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments between these identified hours. The CAM call center and the Cass Access Point will reopen from 4:30 PM – 6 PM for the rest of that day.

Monday, January 15th 2024

All CAM services will be closed in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr holiday.

Monday,  February 12, 2024

The Access Point location at NOAH Project only will be closed. However, the CAM call center and Cass Access Point will be open that day.

UPDATE: the call center will be open all day February 16, 2024

Monday, February 19, 2024

In observance of President’s Day, the CAM call center and both Access Point locations will be closed this day. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments that day. Regular operations will resume the next day, Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

Friday, February 23, 2024

All CAM Access Points services will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments between these hours.

The CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point will reopen from 11:15am – 6pm for the rest of that day.

Veterans can still go to the Detroit VA in-person Access Point during their regular hours of operation from 8am – 4:30pm.
