September 2024

September 2 -In observance of the Labor Day Holiday, all CAM services will be closed. Regular operating hours will resume the following day.

September 13 – The CAM Call Center and the CAM Access Points will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no live phone service or in-person assessments during this time. The CAM Call Center and the Cass Access Point will be back from 11:15am – 6:00pm. The VA Access Point will be back from 11:15am – 4:30pm.

September 20 – The CAM Call Center will be closed from 2:00pm – 4:45pm. There will be no live phone service during this time. The CAM Access Points will be closed from 2:15pm – 4:45pm. There will be no in-person assessments during this time. The CAM Call Center and the Cass Access Point will be back from 4:45pm – 6:00pm.

August 2024

August 5 to August 9 – the CAM Access Point at NOAH at Central will be closed. Regular operating hours will resume the following Monday.

Pope Francis Center to be a Temporary Access Point August 5 thru August 9. The CAM Access Point at NOAH will be closed on 8/5 and resume their regular hours the following Monday. Clients can go to the Pope Francis Center for CAM services during 8/5-8/9 from 8:00am-11:00am.

August 8 – The CAM Call Center will be closed from 3:30pm – 4:30pm. There will be no live phone service during this time. The Cass and VA Access Points will remain open during this time. The CAM Call Center will be back from 4:30pm – 6pm.

August 9 – The CAM Call Center will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no live phone service during this time. The CAM Access Points will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no in-person assessments during this time.

The CAM Call Center and the Cass Access Point will be back from 11:15am – 6pm. The VA Access Point will be back from 11:15am – 4pm

August 22 – The CAM Call Center will be closed from 2:30pm – 4:15pm. There will be no live phone service during this time. The CAM Access Points will be closed from 2:30pm – 4:15pm. There will be no in-person assessments during this time. The CAM Call Center and the Cass Access Point will be back from 4:15pm – 6pm.

July 2024

July 25 – The CAM Call Center will be closed from 2:30pm – 4:15pm. There will be no live phone service during this time. The CAM Access Points will be closed from 2:30pm – 4:15pm. There will be no in-person assessments during this time. The CAM Call Center and the Cass Access Point will be back from 4:15pm – 6pm.

July 4 – All CAM services will be closed in observance of the July 4th Holiday.

CORRECTION: All CAM services will be open during the regular operating hours on July 5th.

June 2024

June 28 – the CAM Call Center will be closed from 3:30pm – 4:30pm. There will be no live phone service during this time. All CAM Access Points will be operate at their regular hours. The CAM Call Center will be back at 4:30pm – 6pm.

June 13 – All CAM services will be closed all day.

June 19 – All CAM services will be closed in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.

June 17 – The CAM Call Center will be closed from 1:30pm – 3:15pm. There will be no live phone service during this time. The CAM Access Points will be closed from 1:30pm – 3:15pm. There will be no in-person assessments during this time. The CAM Call Center and the Cass Access Point will be back from 3:15pm – 6pm, the NOAH Access Point will be back from 3:15pm – 4pm, and the VA Access Point will be back from 3:15pm – 4:30pm

June 28 – The CAM Call Center and Access Points will be OPEN

May 2024

May 2 – The CAM Call Center will be closed from 2:30pm – 4pm. There will be no live phone service during this time. The CAM Access Points will be closed from 3pm – 4pm. There will be no in-person assessments during this time. The CAM Call Center and Access Points will be back at 4pm – 6pm for the rest of that day. Veteran Access Point hours will remain the same.

May 3 – The CAM Call Center will be closed from 3pm – 4:30pm. There will be no live phone service during this time. The CAM Access Points will continue to operate as usual and provide CAM services during their regular hours. The CAM Call Center will be back at 4:30pm – 6pm for the rest of that day. Veteran Access Point hours will remain the same.

CORRECTION: The CAM Veteran Access point will also be closed during allotted times.

May 17 – The CAM Call Center and all Access Points (including the Veteran site) will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments between these hours. The CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point will reopen from 11:15am – 6pm for the rest of that day.

May 21 – The NOAH Access Point will be closed. Regular NOAH Access Point services hours are set resume May 22nd.

May 23 – On Thursday the CAM Call Center will be closed from 3:00pm – 4:30pm. During this time, there will be no live phone service available. The CAM Access Points will continue to operate as usual and provide CAM services during their regular hours. The CAM Call Center will resume service from 4:30pm – 6pm.

May 27 – All CAM services will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.

April 2024

April 25 – Due to the NFL Draft in Detroit, the CAM Access Point at NOAH will be closed on 4/25 and resume their regular hours on 4/29. Clients can go to the Pope Francis Center for CAM services during 4/25-4/26 from 8:30am-3:30pm.

April 24 – the NOAH at Central CAM Access Point will be closed all day. The CAM Call Center, Cass Community Social Services, and Detroit VA Access Point locations will continue to operate as usual, and provide CAM services during their regular hours. NOAH at Central will resume regular services Monday, April 29th at their regular times.

April 12 –  the CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point services will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments between these hours. The CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point will reopen from 11:15am – 6pm for the rest of that day. Veteran Access Point hours will remain the same.

April 3 – the NOAH at Central Access Point will be closed all day. The CAM Call Center, Cass Community Social Service, and Detroit VA Access Point locations will continue to operate as usual, and provide CAM services during their regular hours (see days and times below). NOAH at Central will resume regular services Thursday, April 4 at their regular times.

March 28 – On Thursday, March 28th, the CAM Call Center will be closed from 3:00pm – 5:15pm. During this time, there will be no live phone service available. Each CAM Access Point will continue to operate as usual, and provide CAM services during their regular hours. The CAM Call Center will resume service from 5:15pm – 6pm.

March 22 – The CAM Call Center will be closed from 3:00pm – 4pm. There will be no live phone service between these hours. The Cass Access Point will close from 3:30pm – 4:30pm. There will be no in-person assessments. The CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point will be back at 4pm – 6pm for the rest of that day. Veterans can still go to the Detroit VA in-person Access Point during their regular hours of operation from 8am – 4:30pm.

March 15 – All CAM Access Points services will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments between these hours. The CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point will reopen from 11:15am – 6pm for the rest of that day. Veterans can still go to the Detroit VA in-person Access Point during their regular hours of operation from 8am – 4:30pm.

Friday, February 23, 2024
All CAM Access Points services will be closed from 9:30am – 11:15am. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments between these hours. The CAM Call Center and Cass Access Point will reopen from 11:15am – 6pm for the rest of that day. Veterans can still go to the Detroit VA in-person Access Point during their regular hours of operation from 8am – 4:30pm.

Monday, February 19, 2024
In observance of President’s Day, the CAM call center and both Access Point locations will be closed this day. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments that day. Regular operations will resume the next day, Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

The Access Point location at NOAH Project only will be closed. However, the CAM call center and Cass Access Point will be open that day.

Friday, January 26, 2024

The CAM call center and Access Point location at Cass will be closed from 2 PM – 4:30 PM. There will be no live phone service nor in-person assessments between these identified hours. The CAM call center and the Cass Access Point will reopen from 4:30 PM – 6 PM for the rest of that day.

Monday, January 15th 2024
All CAM services will be closed in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr holiday.
