The Detroit CoC oversees this local referral system known as CAM, which coordinates with service providers in Detroit, Hamtramck and Highland Park. The CAM team uses a shared information network to fairly assess and address your housing needs. If you are experiencing homelessness and need to get help, the process begins with contacting CAM (313) 305-0311.
